Geidy Reitor, SHRM-SCP, HRCI-PHR, has an extensive professional career with more than 30 years working in payroll and benefits administration, which includes 10 years in the PEO industry providing HR support, compliance guidance, and payroll management; seven years as Benefit Manager for The Breaker’s Hotel; four years as Benefits Administrator for Martin County, Florida; and 12 years at Bentek in the benefits administration technology field.
Geidy joined Bentek in 2012 as an Account Manager servicing a client base of as many as 18 clients, then in 2021 she continued her career path and became the Manager of Client Success in overseeing, mentoring, training, and leading the day-to-day management of her Client Success Team to ensure all client needs and deliverables are met promptly.
In 2021, she accepted a leadership role as the Director of Client Success. Geidy incorporated her core values, experience, knowledge, training, and mentoring to lead, communicate and motivate the Client Service Specialists and Account Management Teams.
In her current position as the Director of Project Management she plays a key role in defining project objectives and scopes to build on client relationships and maintain their trust. She also plays a significant role in guiding the Development Team with new features, enhancements, and technical tasks throughout the product development process and as they work toward achieving long-term product goals.
