The Health and Wellness benefits at Bentek are unlike any other company I have ever worked for. You are encouraged and rewarded generously with HRA funds for utilizing your health benefits, especially all preventive care services. Everyone has a standing desk, to help ease the “sit fatigue” the comes with a computer based job. There are a number of voluntary wellness challenges throughout the year (both physical and non – like a steps challenge, and a mindfulness challenge), a fitness room onsite at the office that houses some Peloton equipment, and quarterly chair massages for relaxation.
