At Bentek, we take a holistic approach to wellness and we are thrilled to announce that our efforts have earned us the 2023 Healthiest Employers of South Florida Award, coming in at #2 in the Small Employers category.

Among the initiatives that earned this award are those that focus on mental health. At Bentek we have an employee trained in Mental Health First Aid who is also a Volunteer Counselor for the Crisis Text Line. We have also introduced an open-door policy where employees can speak freely of mental health struggles to their supervisors.
Another notable initiative is our Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Funding Incentive. The goal of this program is to help employees become better healthcare consumers and reward employees for being active, healthy, and completing annual preventative exams. In addition, we offer an on-site fitness center; regular webinars focused on topics such as mindfulness; and more!
